Payment & Postage

Payment

I prefer payment by Paypal if possible. Secure purchases can be made using all major credit/debit cards via Paypal. Please note that receipt for your items will be sent directly by Paypal for purchases made this way. I will endeavour to also separately acknowledge receipt of your payment via this method and confirm delivery to you.

I accept cheques and postal orders if this method of payment is preferable to you. All orders to be paid for using these methods should be placed using my Contact form.

Postage & Packing

Please note that the postage and packing charges apply to orders for shipping to the UK only. If you live outside of the UK then please send a message, or place an order, via my Contact page, and I will be able to provide you with the postage and packing charge for your country.

The postage and packing charge includes envelopes / wrapping / labels etc.

If you are buying multiple items, and paying by Paypal, a postage discount will be applied, but this will be given as a refund after checkout.

If you prefer you can place a multiple order using the Contact form and I will send you an invoice that already includes the postage and packing discount.

Delivery

I aim to despatch all items within 7 to 10 days of placing your order. Please note that all items are made to order only.

If paying by cheque or postal order then items will normally be despatched within 12 to 15 days of receipt of payment to allow your payment to clear.
